1993 Avon Chilly Sam Light Up Color Changing Snowman Lamp Popcorn Plastic in Box.  Complete in original box.  The item is still in very nice shape.  The box has a few dents and tears but is still suitable for storing the snowman.  Please see the photos.  The snowman is switched on by moving the broom forward.  The lights switch on one at a time and rotate so every few seconds the snowman is a different color.  He wears a black felt hat and knitted scarf.
