The lid surface has a crisscross square pattern or red, green, purple, and blue sequins divided by lines of beads.  The box lid and bottom portion do not fit together tightly.  The rounded portion appears normal but lid raises above edge as it curves around to top. Fabric on the bottom has a discolored area in the center where a sticker was most likely once applied. There are no adverse odors and the interior of the box is clean.  This  measures about 5 1/2 inches diameter across by 6 inches high by 2 1/2 inches deep.
