If item is listed as new with tags, item must have tags attached when returned. If item is sold as new sealed, item must be returned still sealed. Failure to return items in the original sold condition will result in forfeit or reduction of refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items requiring AA, AAA, C, or D batteries will be tested with batteries, but batteries may not be included. If buyer changes their mind after purchasing, I do not cancel orders.
