Small Sterling Silver Oak leaf charm

This Sterling Silver tiny charm is an Aspen leaf 17 x 8mm (11/16 x 5/16") without bail. There is a lot of detail for such a tiny charm. The coin shown in the picture is for size comparison.  Pictures show both sides.  Weight is 0.6 grams.  This item is stamped "sterlg".
