This is for a vintage Rolex jewelry and watch box with their repeating "ROLEX" Anniversary pattern stamped into the blue leather. No key. I'm not sure what a key can do for you on a small box like this. They will either take the whole box and pry it open or pry it open on the spot. This is in good shape with a few bumps and dings.
